Nayan Prajapati

Nayan Prajapati is a seasoned coach and professional trainer with over 17 years of experience in clinical research. A certified trainer from the Indian Society for Training & Development, he believes in lifelong learning and leverages innovative training methods to enhance knowledge retention.

His expertise spans Quality Assurance (2.8 years) and over 15 years of spearheading Cliantha Research’s eLearning training system since 2009. His dedication to training has earned him prestigious awards, including:

  • Best in Class Learning & Development Young Leader Award (TIMES Ascent, 2018)
  • Gujarat Top Training & Development Leader (World HRD Congress, 2019)

Academically, Nayan holds a B.Pharm, MBA, Diploma in Training & Development, and is a certified Life Coach. As the Head of Training at Cliantha Research Ltd., he oversees employee training across India (Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Noida), Canada Bioanalytical Lab, and US-Canada Clinical Trials. Additionally, he leads Cliantha Academy, an educational initiative by Cliantha Research.
